Connect Telegram Business to Handyva

Before you start

• A Pro or Business plan
• Telegram Business available on your account (it may require Telegram Premium, depending on your region and Telegram's current rules)
• The latest version of Telegram

Steps

1. Open Telegram Business

   In Telegram, go to Settings → Telegram Business.

2. Add Handyva as your chatbot

   Tap Chatbots, type @HandyvaBot and tap Add when it appears.

3. Choose which chats

   Pick which chats Handyva can access, for example all chats except your contacts, or only new chats. Turn on Reply to messages so Handyva can send the replies you approve.

4. All set

   Handyva confirms in its own chat that your business account is connected. Ask it “any new customer messages?”.

What Handyva can access

• Read messages in the business chats you chose
• Send replies you've approved from your account

Handyva only uses this access to do what you ask, never shares it, and always shows you messages, replies and posts before they go out.

Disconnect

In Handyva: dashboard → Connections → Disconnect, or tell the bot “disconnect my account”. On the platform: Telegram → Settings → Telegram Business → Chatbots → remove @HandyvaBot.

Troubleshooting

I don't see Telegram Business in Settings

Update Telegram. If it still isn't there, Telegram Business isn't available on your account yet; check Telegram's Premium options.
