Before you start
- A Business plan
- Workspace owner access, or permission to create integrations in your workspace
Steps

Create an integration
Go to notion.so/profile/integrations (Settings → Connections → Develop or manage integrations) and click New integration. Name it Handyva, choose your workspace and keep the type Internal.
Set capabilities
On the Capabilities tab tick Read content, Insert content and Update content. User information is not needed.
Copy the secret
On the Configuration tab, show and copy the Internal Integration Secret (it starts with
ntn_).Share pages with Handyva
Open each page or database Handyva should use, click ••• → Connections (or Add connections) and choose Handyva. Sub-pages are included automatically.
Paste the secret on handyva.com
Go to handyva.com/connect/notion (or open Notion from the dashboard's Connections page) and paste the details into the form. Never paste keys into the Telegram chat; Handyva will tell you to change them if you do.
All set
You're sent back to handyva.com and Handyva confirms in Telegram that Notion is connected. Try asking it something straight away.
What Handyva can access
- Read the pages and databases you've shared
- Add content to those pages when you ask
Handyva only uses this access to do what you ask, never shares it, and always shows you messages, replies and posts before they go out.
Disconnect
In Handyva: dashboard → Connections → Disconnect, or tell the bot “disconnect my account”. On the platform: Notion → Settings → Connections → Handyva → disconnect, or delete the integration at notion.so/profile/integrations.
Troubleshooting
Handyva can't find a page
Open the page → ••• → Connections and make sure Handyva is listed.
Questions
Can Handyva see my whole workspace?
No. It only sees pages you've added it to under Connections.
