Before you start
- A Business plan
- Super admin rights in your HubSpot account
Steps

Open Service Keys
In HubSpot, click the Settings gear → Integrations → Service Keys, then Create service key. (If you already have a legacy private app for Handyva, you can use its access token instead.)
Choose CRM scopes
Name it Handyva and add these scopes: crm.objects.contacts.read and .write, crm.objects.companies.read, crm.objects.deals.read. Add nothing else.
Copy the key
Create the key and copy it.
Paste it on handyva.com
Go to handyva.com/connect/hubspot (or open HubSpot from the dashboard's Connections page) and paste the details into the form. Never paste keys into the Telegram chat; Handyva will tell you to change them if you do.
All set
You're sent back to handyva.com and Handyva confirms in Telegram that HubSpot is connected. Try asking it something straight away.
What Handyva can access
- Read contacts, companies and deals
- Create contacts and notes you've approved
Handyva only uses this access to do what you ask, never shares it, and always shows you messages, replies and posts before they go out.
Disconnect
In Handyva: dashboard → Connections → Disconnect, or tell the bot “disconnect my account”. On the platform: HubSpot → Settings → Integrations → Service Keys (or Legacy apps) → Handyva → delete or rotate the key.
Troubleshooting
I can't see Service Keys
You need super admin rights. Ask a super admin to create the key.
Questions
Why a service key and not a private app?
HubSpot stopped new legacy private apps in June 2026 and replaced them with service keys, which work the same way for Handyva.
