What connecting Custom connector looks like on Handyva

  1. Send us a request

    From the dashboard's Connections page choose Custom connector, or send /human to @HandyvaBot, or fill in the form at handyva.com/business.

  2. Tell us what you need

    • Which app or system, and a link to its API docs if it has them
    • What you'd like Handyva to do, for example “summarise new orders every morning”
    • How it signs in (OAuth, API key, username and password) and who in your team can set that up

  3. We build and test it

    We'll reply in Telegram with a timeline, then send you a secure link to connect it. Keys are always entered on handyva.com, never in chat.

What Handyva can access

  • Agreed with you for each custom connector, limited to what's needed

Handyva only uses this access to do what you ask, never shares it, and always shows you messages, replies and posts before they go out.

Disconnect

In Handyva: dashboard → Connections → Disconnect, or tell the bot “disconnect my account”. On the platform: depends on the app; we include the steps when we hand it over.
