Before you start
- A Pro or Business plan
- An Apple Account with two-factor authentication turned on (app-specific passwords need it)
Steps

Open your Apple Account page
Go to account.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
Create an app-specific password
In Sign-In and Security, choose App-Specific Passwords, then Generate an app-specific password. Name it Handyva.
Copy the password
Apple shows a password like
abcd-efgh-ijkl-mnop. Copy it now; Apple won't show it again.Paste it on handyva.com
Go to handyva.com/connect/apple_calendar (or open Apple Calendar from the dashboard's Connections page) and paste the details into the form. Never paste keys into the Telegram chat; Handyva will tell you to change them if you do.
Enter your Apple Account email and the app-specific password, then tap Connect. Handyva checks it with iCloud straight away.
All set
You're sent back to handyva.com and Handyva confirms in Telegram that Apple Calendar is connected. Try asking it something straight away.
What Handyva can access
- See events on your iCloud calendars
- Add events you've asked for
Handyva only uses this access to do what you ask, never shares it, and always shows you messages, replies and posts before they go out.
Disconnect
In Handyva: dashboard → Connections → Disconnect, or tell the bot “disconnect my account”. On the platform: account.apple.com → Sign-In and Security → App-Specific Passwords → remove Handyva. Changing your Apple Account password also revokes it.
Troubleshooting
Handyva says the password was rejected
Check you used the app-specific password, not your Apple Account password, and that the email is your Apple Account email. Generate a new one if unsure.
I can't see App-Specific Passwords
Turn on two-factor authentication for your Apple Account first.
It stopped working after I changed my Apple password
Changing your password revokes every app-specific password. Create a new one and reconnect.
Questions
Why not my normal Apple password?
An app-specific password only works for calendar and similar access, can be revoked on its own, and keeps your main password private.
Does this give access to my photos or iCloud Drive?
Handyva only uses it for your calendars.
